This course starts at Gwangalli Beach, with nice views of the ocean and a brief warmup before heading up a steep road climb up Geumnyeonsan. At around 3 kilometers in the ride the gravel starts, a nice rolling 3.5 kilometers of mixed cement and gravel road. The course then takes you through the center of Seomyeon, re-entering the mountains near Children’s Grand Park. From here it’s almost 16 kilometers of great gravel and cement roads, taking you all the way around Baekyangsan. Then it’s back on the road through Mandeok, up over Mandeok pass, with a great road descent down to the Oncheon Stream bike path, to the Suyeong River path, back to the beach!
