Ulsan is a great city for cycling. The Taehwa River bike path is the envy of many riders in Busan. Most will follow the coast to reach Ulsan. On weekends especially this road is full of cars, and approaching Ulsan from the South you’ll have to deal a lot of traffic in town. This route is about 20 kilometers longer, but has a more relaxed approach. The lesser ridden part of Ulju-gun you’ll cross during this ride is worth seeing.
