Daegu, the fourth biggest city in the country, offers an excellent mix of modern and traditional architecture. This route is not the quickest route to Daegu, but if you’re going to spend a day in the saddle anyway you might as well make it a nice one. After an easy start to Miryang there’s a little bit of climbing around Unmun Lake. After which you’ll cruise to the excellent Daegu bike path, to finish at Dongdaegu train station.
